Common use of EXTENDING THIS CONTRACT Clause in Contracts

EXTENDING THIS CONTRACT. When your child reaches the age of 18, and provided the child and CordBank both agree in writing, you and/or the Sponsor may choose to extend this contract by notifying CordBank in writing and paying storage fees and reasonable renewal fees as requested by CordBank. If you (or the Sponsor) fail to pay any fees within 3 calendar months of being asked to do so, then this contract will be terminated as set out in paragraph 13 below.
