Common use of Extension by Additional Lenders Clause in Contracts

Extension by Additional Lenders. At any time after the effectiveness of an extension of the Maturity Date pursuant to this Section 2.10 but prior to the Maturity Date in effect with regard to such Lender prior to it becoming an Extending Lender, any Lender that is originally a Non-Consenting Lender in connection with any extension that becomes effective may, prior to the effectiveness of any assignment of such Non-Consenting Lender’s Commitment pursuant to Section 4.14, agree to become an Extending Lender by a writing delivered to the Administrative Agent and the Company, and promptly after receipt of such writing by the Administrative Agent, such Lender shall be an Extending Lender.
