Extension by Mutual Agreement. Without limiting Celgene’s rights under Section 2.3.1 and 2.3.2, the Parties may mutually agree in writing (in each Party’s discretion) to extend the Research Term. In such case, the Parties shall agree to the specific period of time that the Research Term will be extended.
Extension by Mutual Agreement. During the Term, the parties may negotiate and mutually agree to extend the Term, whether for renewal periods or for a fixed period.
Extension by Mutual Agreement. The Parties agree that, the Effective Time for the Merger may be extended with the agreement of the Parties as deemed necessary to comply with or take account of applicable law, or as may otherwise be considered economically beneficial for the Parties.
Extension by Mutual Agreement. The term of this Agreement may be extended by a written amendment executed by both Parties.
Extension by Mutual Agreement. After the Renewal Period the term of the Agreement may be extended for additional five (5) year periods upon written agreement of the Parties.
Extension by Mutual Agreement. The parties may extend the Consulting Period for up to an additional three (3) months (through and including December 6, 2023) by mutual agreement.
