Extension by Mutual Agreement. Without limiting Celgene’s rights under Section 2.3.1 and 2.3.2, the Parties may mutually agree in writing (in each Party’s discretion) to extend the Research Term. In such case, the Parties shall agree to the specific period of time that the Research Term will be extended.
