Extension Due to Force Majeure. If a Party is unable to meet any deadline set forth herein as a result of a Force Majeure, then provided that such Party complies with the provisions of Section 12.1, such deadline shall be extended for a period of time equal to the period of time during which such Party is delayed due to the Force Majeure.
