Extension Due to Trading Policy. If Grantee’s Non-Statutory Stock Options would otherwise expire at a time when Grantee is precluded by the Company’s trading policy from exercising his or her options, such expiration date shall be extended for 10 business days following the end of the period during which such trading policy exercise restriction is in effect.
