Extension for Non-Business Days. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, if the date for performance of any obligation under this Agreement falls on a Saturday, Sunday or federal holiday, performance shall be deemed to be required only on the first day thereafter which is not a Saturday, Sunday or federal holiday.
