Extension if Exercise Prevented by Law. Notwithstanding the foregoing, other than termination of the Participant’s Service for Cause, if the exercise of the Option within the applicable time periods set forth in Section 7.1 is prevented by the provisions of Section 4.6, the Option shall remain exercisable until the later of (a) thirty (30) calendar days after the date such exercise first would no longer be prevented by such provisions, or (b) the end of the applicable time period under Section 7.1, but in any event no later than the Option Expiration Date.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, other than termination of the ParticipantGrantee’s Service for Cause, if the exercise of the Option within the applicable time periods set forth in Section 7.1 4.1(a) is prevented by the provisions of Section 4.611, the Option shall remain exercisable until the later of (ai) thirty (30) calendar days after the date such exercise first would no longer be prevented by such provisions, or (bii) the end of the applicable time period under Section 7.14.1(a), but in any event no later than the Option Expiration Date.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, other than termination of the Participant’s Service for Cause, if the exercise of the Option within the applicable time periods set forth in Section 7.1 is prevented by the provisions of Section 4.64.7, the Option shall remain exercisable until the later of (a) thirty (30) calendar days after the date such exercise first would no longer be prevented by such provisions, or (b) the end of the applicable time period under Section 7.1, but in any event no later than the Option Expiration Date.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, other than termination of the ParticipantGrantee’s Service for Cause, if the exercise of the Option within the applicable time periods set forth in Section 7.1 4.1(a) is prevented by the provisions of Section 4.614, the Option shall remain exercisable until the later of (ai) thirty (30) calendar days after the date such exercise first would no longer be prevented by such provisions, or (bii) the end of the applicable time period under Section 7.14.1(a), but in any event no later than the Option Expiration Date.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, other than termination of the Participant’s Service for Cause, if the exercise of the Option within the applicable time periods set forth in Section 7.1 is prevented by the provisions of Section 4.6, the Option shall remain in effect and exercisable until so that the later aggregate period of time that the Option is to be exercisable as provided under the applicable provision of Section 7.1 (a) thirty (30) calendar days after determined by reference to the date such exercise first would no longer be prevented by such provisions, or (b) the end cause of termination of the applicable time period under Section 7.1Optionee’s Service with the Participating Company Group), but in any no event no later than the Option Expiration Date.

Extension if Exercise Prevented by Law. Notwithstanding the foregoing, other than termination of the Participant’s Service for Cause, if the exercise of the Option within the applicable time periods set forth in Section 7.1 above is prevented by the provisions of Section 4.64.7 above, the Option shall remain exercisable until the later of (a) thirty (30) calendar days after the date such exercise first would no longer be prevented by such provisions, or (b) the end of the applicable time period under Section 7.17.1 above, but in any event no later than the Option Expiration Date.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, other than termination of the Participant’s Service for Cause, if the exercise of the an Option within the applicable time periods set forth in Section 7.1 6.4(a) or an Award Agreement is prevented by the provisions of Section 4.614 below, the Option shall remain exercisable until the later of (ai) thirty (30) calendar days after the date such exercise first would no longer be prevented by such provisions, provisions or (bii) the end of the applicable time period under Section 7.16.4(a), but in any event no later than the Option Expiration Date.
