Extension/Modification/Termination Sample Clauses

Extension/Modification/Termination. The agreement may be extended and/or modified with the written mutual consent of the parties. This agreement may be terminated effective June 30th of any year of this agreement by either party by written notice provided to the other party by April 1st of the year.
