Extension of City Limits. Upon the annexation of any territory to the City, the rights granted herein shall extend to the annexed territory to the extent the City has such authority. All Electrical Facilities owned, maintained, or operated by Rocky Mountain Power located within any public ways of the annexed territory shall thereafter be subject to all of the terms hereof.
