Common use of Extension of Covenants Clause in Contracts

Extension of Covenants. In the event Employee violates any one or more of the covenants contained in Sections 6 through 8 of this Agreement, Employee agrees that the running of the term of each covenant so violated shall be tolled during the period(s) of any such violation and the pendency of any litigation arising out of any such violation. Further, in the event Company violates any one or more of the covenants contained in Sections 6 through 8 of this Agreement, Company agrees that the running of the term of each covenant so violated shall be tolled during the period(s) of any such violation and the pendency of any litigation arising out of any such violation.
