Common use of Extension of Covenants Clause in Contracts

Extension of Covenants. In the event Employee violates any one or more of the covenants contained in Section 6 of this Agreement, Employee agrees that the remaining of the term of each covenant so violated shall be tolled during the period(s) of any such violation and the pendency of any litigation arising out of any such violation.

In the event Employee violates any one or more of the covenants contained in Section 6 of this Agreement, Employee agrees that the remaining running of the term of each covenant so violated shall be tolled during the period(s) of any such violation and the pendency of any litigation arising out of any such violation.

Extension of Covenants. In the event Employee violates any one anyone or more of the covenants contained in Section 6 of this Agreement, Employee agrees that the remaining of the term of each such covenant so violated shall be tolled automatically extended for a period equal to the period during the period(s) which Employee is in violation of any such violation and the pendency of any litigation arising out of any such violationcovenants.
