Extension of Exercise Term. The term during which Executive may exercise any stock option or other exercisable Equity Interest shall be extended until the earlier of the first anniversary of the Date of Termination or the expiration date that would apply to such stock option or other exercisable Equity Interest had Executive remained employed with the Company.
