Extension of Indemnification Rights to Related Covered Persons. Subject to such exceptions and qualifications as the Manager may in its discretion determine to be appropriate, the Manager may, but shall not be required to, extend rights of indemnification cognate with those provided to Fund Covered Persons under this Article X to Related Covered Persons, either as a matter of contractual right or in response to particular circumstances (including the initiation of a Proceeding), and the Fund shall be bound by, and entitled to the benefit of, the terms of any right of indemnification on the part of an investment manager, custodian or other third party service provider to the Fund pursuant to an applicable agreement with any such Person regardless of any inconsistency of any such terms with the rights of indemnification that such Person would have if covered by this Article X.
