Common use of Extension of indemnities Clause in Contracts

Extension of indemnities. The indemnities provided under this agreement in favour of a party will be construed as also applying to the directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives and advisers of that party and are intended to be capable of enforcement by such persons in accordance with the Contracts (Privity) Xxx 0000.
