EXTENSION OF INTEREST PAYMENT PERIODS. The Company shall have the right at any time, so long as the Company is not in default in the payment of interest on the Notes of any series hereunder, to extend interest payment periods on all Notes of one or more series, if so specified as contemplated by Section 2.05 with respect to such Notes and upon such terms as may be specified as contemplated by Section 2.05 with respect to such Notes.
