Extension of Limitations as to Time. Employee acknowledges and agrees that, in the event Employee breaches Employee’s obligations set forth in Section VI.B of this Agreement, the limitations as to time outlined in Section VI.B.5 shall be extended by the length of time during which Employee is in breach thereof.
