Extension of Non-Solicitation/Non-Competition and Non-Recruitment Periods. If Executive is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to have breached any promise made in Section 9 of this Agreement, the periods specified in Section 9(c) of this Agreement shall be extended by one month for every month in which Executive was in breach so that the Company has the full benefit of the time period Section 9(c).
