Common use of Extension of Obligation to Drill Clause in Contracts

Extension of Obligation to Drill. If XxxxXxxxx has not reached the Total Drilling Target by December 31, 2014, XxxxXxxxx shall, subject to the terms of this Article II, drill or cause to be drilled such number of Development Xxxxx that is necessary to achieve the Total Drilling Target on or prior to December 31, 2015.

Extension of Obligation to Drill. If XxxxXxxxx has not reached the Total Drilling Target by December March 31, 20142015, XxxxXxxxx shall, subject to the terms of this Article II, drill or cause to be drilled such number of Development Xxxxx that is necessary to achieve the Total Drilling Target on or prior to December March 31, 20152016.
