Extension of /or Additional Services. 6.5.1. Any services exceeding the scope of work and cost of the accepted proposal, and the approved initial Purchase Order, must be mutually agreed to in advance by Owner and the Contractor, and shall be authorized by an approved Amendment to the agreement between the Contractor and the Project Owner, prior to the Contractor proceeding with any additional work.
