Common use of Extension of Outside Date After Delivery of the Termination Notice Clause in Contracts

Extension of Outside Date After Delivery of the Termination Notice. If Tenant delivers a Termination Notice to Landlord, then Landlord shall have the right to suspend the occurrence of the Effective Date for a period ending thirty (30) days after the Effective Date by delivering written notice to Tenant, prior to the Effective Date, that, in Landlord's reasonable, good faith judgment, the Lease Commencement Date will occur within thirty (30) days after the Effective Date (the "Termination Extension Notice"). If the Lease Commencement Date occurs within such thirty (30) day suspension period, then the Termination Notice shall be of no force or effect, but if the Lease Commencement Date does not occur within such thirty (30) day suspension period, then this Lease shall terminate upon the expiration of such thirty (30) day suspension period. 1.1.5.3
