Common use of Extension of Payment Dates if Not a Business Day Clause in Contracts

Extension of Payment Dates if Not a Business Day. Whenever any payment to the Administrative Agent or any Lender under the Loan Documents would otherwise be due (except by reason of acceleration) on a day that is not a Business Day, such payment shall instead be due on the next succeeding Business Day unless, in the case of a payment of the principal of LIBO Rate Loans, such extension would cause payment to be due in the next succeeding calendar month, in which case such due date shall be advanced to the next preceding Eurodollar Business Day. If the due date for any payment under the Loan Documents is extended (whether by operation of any Loan Document, applicable Law or otherwise), such payment shall bear interest for such extended time at the rate of interest applicable hereunder.
