Common use of Extension of Payment Dates Clause in Contracts

Extension of Payment Dates. In the event that (i) the terms of any Security or Coupon appertaining thereto or any Guarantee established in or pursuant to this Indenture permit the Company, any Guarantor or any Holder thereof to extend the date on which any payment of principal of, or premium, if any, or interest, if any, on, or Additional Amounts, if any, with respect to such Security, Coupon or Guarantee, as the case may be, is due and payable and (ii) the due date for any such payment shall have been so extended, then all references herein to the Stated Maturity of such payment (and all references of like import) shall be deemed to refer to the date as so extended.
