Common use of Extension of Period Clause in Contracts

Extension of Period. The period set forth in subclause (6) will be extended (in addition to any extension granted pursuant to Clause 18) upon request of either the Company or the State for such reasonable period or periods as may be necessary from time to time to enable either of the parties hereto to comply with laws relating to traditional usage.
