Extension of Required Effectiveness. In the event that the Company shall give any notice required by Section 7.2(a)(v) hereof, the period during which the Company is required to keep such Registration Statement effective and useable shall be extended by the number of days during the period from and including the date of the giving of such notice to and including the date when the UBS Parties are advised in writing by the Company that the use of the Prospectus may be resumed.
