Common use of Extension of Required Effectiveness Clause in Contracts

Extension of Required Effectiveness. In the event that the Companies shall give any notice required by Section 7.2(a)(v) hereof, the period during which the Companies are required to keep such Resale Registration Statement effective and useable shall be extended by the number of days during the period from and including the date of the giving of such notice to and including the date when the PaineWebber Parties are advised in writing by the Companies that the use of the Resale Prospectus may be resumed.
