Common use of Extension of Research Field Definition Clause in Contracts

Extension of Research Field Definition. Any amendment of the “Research Field” definition will require unanimous approval of the Parties. The Parties will discuss in good faith to extend the definition of “Research Field” under this Agreement to include metabolic health and brain health after the second anniversary of this Agreement.
