Extension of Restriction Period. In addition to the remedies the Company may seek and obtain pursuant to this Section 15(b) the Restricted Period shall be extended by any and all periods during which the Employee shall be found by a court or arbitrator possessing personal jurisdiction over him to have been in violation of the covenants contained in Sections 7 and 8 of this Employment Agreement.
