Common use of Extension of Revolving Credit Facility Clause in Contracts

Extension of Revolving Credit Facility. Upon the request of the Borrowers, the Lenders may, in their sole discretion, effective as of any anniversary of the Effective Date, agree to extend the Revolving Credit Facility for a period of time beyond the then effective Termination Date. Each such extension shall be effected by the Borrowers' and Lenders' execution and delivery of a written agreement evidencing such extension.
