Extension of services from one province or territory to another In the event that there is no available or qualified SOA holder in a given province or territory to meet a need, the OSB reserves the right to select SOA holders in other provinces or territories and allow them to extend their services to the province or territory in which the need exists. SOA holders interested in extending their services to another province or territory must, at the request of the OSB, submit the documentation required under Part II, Section 11.0, to the Contract Authority. In addition to meeting the requirements under the SOA, they must also hold or obtain an extension for a LIT licence in the province or territory where the need has been identified.

  • Suspension of Services We have the right to suspend the benefit of any Credit Union service at any time for reasonable cause. At Our discretion, We also have the right to pay any share draft presented for payment from Your Account after Your Account is closed or suspended and to recover such amount paid from You. Account services are available to those members in good standing with the Credit Union. We reserve the right to cancel or suspend services to a member who is not in good standing, which includes members that have: (a) a delinquent loan; (b) a primary Share Account balance below the $25.00 minimum; (c) an unresolved deposited returned check; (d) any unpaid and uncollected fees; or (e) a negative balance on an Account. ASSIGNABILITY. You may not assign or transfer any interest in Your Account.

  • Suspension or Termination of Services You agree that Firstrade Securities Inc. reserves the right in its sole discretion to suspend or terminate your access to any or all of Firstrade Securities Inc.'s Electronic Services for any reason and without prior notice to you. You agree not to hold Firstrade Securities Inc. responsible or liable for any disruptions in service due to: telephone network, computer network or other system problems beyond the control of Firstrade Securities Inc.: system maintenance or system upgrades; or any other event or circumstance beyond the control of Firstrade Securities Inc.

  • Suspension of Service and Acceleration If any amount owing by You under this or any other agreement for Our services is 30 or more days overdue (or 10 or more days overdue in the case of amounts You have authorized Us to charge to Your credit card), We may, without limiting Our other rights and remedies, accelerate Your unpaid fee obligations under such agreements so that all such obligations become immediately due and payable, and suspend Our services to You until such amounts are paid in full.

  • Extension of Probationary Period The probationary period shall not be extended except in the case of extended illness or injury or compelling personal situation during which time the employee was unable to work.   • TERMINATION OR SUSPENSION OF SERVICES Return of Data The Contractor shall return Data in a format agreed upon within the Authorized User Agreement or as agreed to with the Authorized User. This can, if specified within the Authorized User Agreement, be carried out by providing an application programmable interface or other such efficient electronic tools. The Contractor must certify that all Data has been removed from its system and removed from backups within timeframes established in the Authorized User Agreement or as agreed to with the Authorized User. Suspension of Services During any period of suspension of service, the Authorized User shall have full access to all Data at no charge. This can, if specified within the Authorized User Agreement, be carried out by providing an application programmable interface or other such efficient electronic tools. The Contractor shall not take any action to erase and/or withhold any Authorized User Data, except as directed by the Authorized User. Expiration or Termination of Services Upon expiration or termination of an Authorized User Agreement, the Authorized User shall have full access to all Data for a period of 60 calendar days. Unless noted in the original Authorized User Agreement, this period will be covered at no charge. This can, if specified within the Authorized User Agreement, be carried out by providing application programmable interface or other such efficient electronic tools. During this period, the Contractor shall not take any action to erase and/or withhold any Data, except as directed by the Authorized User. An Authorized User shall have the right to specify a period in excess of 60 calendar days in its RFQ. RESERVED RESERVED

  • Modification of Services Credit Union reserves the right to modify the Service from time to time without making prior notice to Member, provided, however, that Credit Union will give you at least thirty (30) days notice prior to making any modifications to the Service that would materially alter their functionality.

  • Complete Disposal Upon Termination of Service Agreement Upon Termination of the Service Agreement Provider shall dispose or delete all Student Data obtained under the Service Agreement. Prior to disposition of the data, Provider shall notify LEA in writing of its option to transfer data to a separate account, pursuant to Article II, section 3, above. In no event shall Provider dispose of data pursuant to this provision unless and until Provider has received affirmative written confirmation from LEA that data will not be transferred to a separate account.

  • TERMINATION OF EFT SERVICES You may terminate this Agreement or any EFT service under this Agreement at any time by notifying us in writing and stopping your use of your card and any access code. You must return all cards to the Credit Union. You also agree to notify any participating merchants that authority to make xxxx payment transfers has been revoked. We may also terminate this Agreement at any time by notifying you orally or in writing. If we terminate this Agreement, we may notify any participating merchants making preauthorized debits or credits to any of your accounts that this Agreement has been terminated and that we will not accept any further preauthorized transaction instructions. We may also program our computer not to accept your card or access code for any EFT service. Whether you or the Credit Union terminates this Agreement, the termination shall not affect your obligations under this Agreement for any electronic transactions made prior to termination.

  • Location of Services Performed All services provided under this Contract and as requested in any Authorized User Agreement shall only be performed within the continental United States. Notwithstanding Appendix B, section 28 Modification of Contract Terms, there shall be no exceptions proposed by a Contractor or considered by an Authorized User under the resultant OGS Centralized Contract and Contract process. An Authorized User is expressly prohibited from granting any and all exceptions to this clause.
