Extension of Stated Expiration Date. Extension of Stated Expiration Date. At any time there (a) The Letter of Credit provides by its terms that the Stated Expiration Date shall remain no be automatically extended for successive one-year terms (but not later than July 5, 2018) unless the Issuing Bank provides a Non-Extension Notice not less than ninety (90) 30 days prior to the then then-current Stated Expiration Date Date.
