Extension of the Licence for the Purpose of a Sole Risk Operation. If an extension of the Licence is submitted for the purpose of carrying out or continuing a sole risk operation according to Section 7.2 the provision in Section 5.3.2 shall not prejudice the right of a Party not participating in such operation to continue as a Non-Sole Risk Participant according to the provisions in Article 7 and in such case the provision of Article 7 shall apply to the operators.
