Common use of Extension of time for fulfillment of Conditions Precedent Clause in Contracts

Extension of time for fulfillment of Conditions Precedent. The Parties may, by mutual agreement extend the time for fulfilling the Conditions Precedent and the Term of this Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, it is expressly clarified that any such extension of time shall be subject to imposition of penalties on the Service Provider linked to the delay in fulfilling the Conditions Precedent.
