Extension or Amendment of Assets. Seller will not (i) extend, or otherwise amend or modify the payment terms under any Pool Asset or (ii) otherwise waive or permit or agree to any deviation from the terms or conditions of any Pool Asset. Seller will not take, or cause to be taken, any action that reduces the amount payable of any Pool Asset or materially impairs the full and timely collection thereof.
