Common use of Extension or Amendment of Pool Receivables Clause in Contracts

Extension or Amendment of Pool Receivables. Except as otherwise permitted in Section 4.2(a) of this Agreement, the Servicer will not extend, amend or otherwise modify the terms of any Pool Receivable in any material respect, or amend, modify or waive, in any material respect, the provisions of any Contract related thereto, without the prior written consent of the Administrator.
