Common use of Extension or Amendment of Receivables Clause in Contracts

Extension or Amendment of Receivables. Except as permitted under Section 9.02(a) of the Receivables Purchase Agreement, extend, amend or otherwise modify the payment terms of any Receivable or amend, modify or waive any payment term or condition of any related Contract, in each case unless a corresponding Deemed Collection payment in respect of such Receivable is made in connection therewith.

Extension or Amendment of Receivables. Except as permitted under Section 9.02(a8.2(b) of the Receivables Purchase Agreement, extend, amend or otherwise modify the payment terms of any Receivable originated by such Originator or amend, modify or waive any payment term or condition of any related Contract, in each case unless a corresponding Deemed Collection payment in respect of such Receivable is made in connection therewith.

Except as permitted under Section 9.02(a) of the Receivables Purchase Loan and Security Agreement, extend, amend or otherwise modify the payment terms of any Receivable originated by such Originator or amend, modify or waive any payment term or condition of any related Contract, in each case unless a corresponding Deemed Collection payment in respect of such Receivable is made made, in full, in connection therewith.

Except as otherwise permitted under in Section 9.02(a) 6.2 of the Receivables Purchase AgreementAgreement and the applicable Credit and Collections Policy, extend, amend or otherwise modify the payment terms or Outstanding Balance of any Receivable Originator Receivable, or extend, amend, modify or waive any payment term or condition of any Contract related Contract, in each case unless a corresponding Deemed Collection payment in respect of such Receivable is made in connection therewiththereto.
