Extension or Modification of Loan. No extension of time for or modification of amortization of the Loan shall release the liability or bar the availability of any right or remedy against Borrower or any successor in interest, and Lender shall not be required to commence proceedings against Borrower or any successor or to extend time for payment or otherwise to modify amortization of the Loan secured by this Agreement by reason of any demand by Borrower or any successor.
