Common use of Extension or Modification Clause in Contracts

Extension or Modification. Any amendments or modifications to this agreement shall be in writing signed by both parties. No additional services or work performed by Contractor shall be the basis for additional compensation unless and until Contractor has obtained written authorization and acknowledgement by County for such additional services.
