Extension or Renewal of a Letter of Credit. The obligation of each Lender to make a Loan on the occasion of each Revolving Borrowing (including the initial Revolving Borrowing), the obligation of each Issuing Lender to issue, increase, renew or extend a Letter of Credit (including the deemed issuance of Letters of Credit) and of any reallocation of Letter of Credit Exposure provided in Section 2.14, shall be subject to the further conditions precedent that on the date of such Revolving Borrowing or such issuance, increase, renewal or extension:
