Common use of Extension, Rearrangement or Renewal of Secured Obligations Clause in Contracts

Extension, Rearrangement or Renewal of Secured Obligations. It is expressly agreed that any of the Secured Obligations at any time secured hereby may be from time to time extended for any period, or with the consent of Mortgagor rearranged or renewed, and that any part of the security herein described, or any other security for the Secured Obligations, may be waived or released, without altering, varying or diminishing the force, effect or lien or security interest of this Mortgage; and the lien and security interest granted by this Mortgage shall continue as a prior lien and security interest on all of the Mortgaged Property not expressly so released, until the Secured Obligations are fully paid and this Mortgage is terminated in accordance with the provisions of the Collateral Trust Agreement; and no other security now existing or hereafter taken to secure the payment of the Secured Obligations or any part thereof or the performance of any obligation or liability of Mortgagor whatever shall in any manner impair or affect the security given by this Mortgage; and all security for the payment of the Secured Obligations or any part thereof and the performance of any obligation or liability shall be taken, considered and held as cumulative.
