Extensions of Commitment Termination Date Clause Samples

Extensions of Commitment Termination Date. No earlier than 90 days and at least 30 days prior to any anniversary of the Effective Date, the Borrower may (but in no event on more than two occasions during the term of this Agreement), by written notice to the Administrative Agent, request that the Commitment Termination Date then in effect be extended for a 1-year period.
