Common use of Extent and Duration of Security Interest Clause in Contracts

Extent and Duration of Security Interest. The security interest created and granted herein is in addition to, and supplemental of, any security interest previously granted by the Borrower to the Lender and shall continue in full force and effect applicable to all Liabilities until both (a) all Liabilities have been paid and/or satisfied in full and (b) the security interest created herein is specifically terminated in writing by a duly authorized officer of the Lender.

Extent and Duration of Security Interest. The security interest created and granted herein is in addition to, and supplemental of, any security interest previously granted by the any Borrower to the Lender Agent and shall continue in full force and effect applicable to all Liabilities until both (ai) all Liabilities have been paid and/or satisfied in full and (bii) the security interest created herein is specifically terminated in writing by a duly authorized officer of the LenderAgent.

The security interest created and granted herein is in addition to, and supplemental of, any security interest previously granted by the any Borrower to the Lender Administrative Agent and shall continue in full force and effect applicable to all Liabilities until both (a) all Liabilities have been paid and/or satisfied in full and (b) the security interest created herein is specifically terminated in writing by a duly authorized officer of the LenderAdministrative Agent.

The security interest created and granted herein is in addition to, and supplemental of, any security interest previously granted by the Borrower Obligors to the Lender Agent and shall continue in full force and effect applicable to all Liabilities until both (a) all Liabilities have been paid and/or satisfied in full full, the Commitment of the Lenders to make loans and (b) other financial accommodations has been terminated, and the security interest created granted herein is specifically terminated in writing by a duly authorized officer of the LenderCollateral Agent.

Extent and Duration of Security Interest. The security interest created and granted herein is in addition to, and supplemental of, any security interest previously granted by the Borrower Obligors to the Lender Term Agent and shall continue in full force and effect applicable to all Liabilities until both (a) all Liabilities have been paid and/or satisfied in full full, and (b) the security interest created granted herein is specifically terminated in writing by a duly authorized officer of the LenderTerm Collateral Agent.

The security interest created and granted herein is in addition to, and supplemental of, any security interest previously granted by the Borrower to the Lender Agent and shall continue in full force and effect applicable to all Liabilities until both (a) all Liabilities have been paid and/or satisfied in full and (b) the security interest created granted herein is specifically terminated in writing by a duly authorized officer of the LenderAgent.
