Common use of Extent and Duration of Security Interest Clause in Contracts

Extent and Duration of Security Interest. This grant of a security interest is in addition to, and supplemental of, any security interest previously granted by the Borrower to the Lender and shall continue in full force and effect applicable to all Liabilities, until all Liabilities have been paid and/or satisfied in full (other than indemnities not then due and payable, which survive repayment of the Revolving Credit Loans and the L/Cs and termination of the Commitments) and the security interest granted herein is specifically terminated in writing by a duly authorized officer of the Lender (which the Lender agrees to do upon payment and satisfaction of all such Liabilities).
