Common use of Extent and Duration of Security Interest Clause in Contracts

Extent and Duration of Security Interest. The security interest created and granted herein is in addition to, and supplemental of, any security interest previously granted by the Borrowers to the Agent and shall continue in full force and effect applicable to all Liabilities until all Liabilities have been paid and/or satisfied in full and the security interest granted herein is specifically terminated in writing by a duly authorized officer of the Agent .

Extent and Duration of Security Interest. (a) The security interest created and granted herein is in addition to, and supplemental of, any security interest previously granted by the Borrowers Borrower to the Agent and shall continue in full force and effect applicable to all Liabilities until both (a) all Liabilities have been paid and/or satisfied in full and (b) the security interest granted Revolving Credit Dollar Commitment of each Revolving Credit Lender is terminated. (b) It is intended that the Collateral Interests created herein is specifically terminated in writing by a duly authorized officer extend to and cover all assets of the Agent Borrower, other than Exempt Assets.
