Common use of Extent of Covenants; No Personal Liability Clause in Contracts

Extent of Covenants; No Personal Liability. All covenants, stipulations, obligations and agreements of the Trustee contained in this Trust Agreement are and shall be deemed to be covenants, stipulations, obligations and agreements of the Trustee as such to the full extent authorized by law. No covenant, stipulation, obligation or agreement of the Trustee or Corporation contained in this Trust Agreement or any other agreement relating to the Bonds shall be deemed to be a covenant, stipulation, obligation or agreement of any present or future member, officer, agent or employee of the Trustee or the Corporation in other than that person’s official capacity. No official executing the Bonds, this Trust Agreement or any amendment or supplement hereto or thereto or other document relating to the Bonds, shall be liable personally on the Bonds or be subject to any personal liability or accountability by reasons of the issuance or execution hereof or thereof.
