Common use of Extent of cover and exclusions Clause in Contracts

Extent of cover and exclusions. take all necessary action and comply with all requirements which may from time to time be applicable to the Insurances (including, without limitation, the making of all requisite declarations within any prescribed time limits and the payment of any additional premiums or calls) so as to ensure that the Insurances are not made subject to any exclusions or qualifications to which the Lessor has not given its prior written consent and are otherwise maintained on terms and condition from time to time approved in writing by the Lessor;
