Extent of Lien Hereof on Property of Successor Corporation. Unless, in the case of a consolidation, merger, conveyance or other transfer contemplated by Section 1535, the indenture supplemental hereto contemplated in clause (b)(ii) in Section 1535, or any other indenture, contains a grant, conveyance, transfer and mortgage by the Successor Corporation as described in subclause (B) thereof, neither this Indenture nor such supplemental indenture shall become or be, or be required to become or be, a Lien upon any of the properties then owned or thereafter acquired by the Successor Corporation except properties acquired from the Company in or as a result of such transaction and improvements, extensions and additions to such properties and renewals, replacements and substitutions of or for any part or parts thereof.
