Common use of Extent of the Pledge Clause in Contracts

Extent of the Pledge. The Pledge constituted by this Agreement includes the present and future rights to receive (a) dividends, if any, payable on the Shares; (b) liquidation proceeds, consideration for redemption (Einziehungsentgelt), repaid capital in case of a capital decrease, any compensation in case of termination (Kündigung) or withdrawal (Austritt) of a shareholder of the Company, the surplus in case of surrender (Preisgabe) and all other pecuniary claims associated with the Shares; and (c) the right to subscribe for newly issued shares.
