Exterior Installations. Clotheslines, hammocks, tarps, decorative lights, awnings, and other exterior installation of any kind are prohibited on the property upon which the Premises are located. Lessees are prohibited from attaching any item or thing to any landscaping or parts of the building in which the Premises is located. No towels, clothing or rugs are allowed to be hung from the exterior of the Premises including, but not limited to, railings or stored around the exterior of the Premises. If any exterior installations are discovered, they will be removed, and Lessees are liable for hauling and disposal charges. This does not limit Over Air Receptions Devices as allowed by law and if approved by Lessor.
Exterior Installations. Tenant shall not install any radio or television antenna, satellite dish, loudspeaker, or any other device on the roof or exterior walls of the Building without Landlord’s prior written consent.

Tenant shall at its expense, maintain the installations in good and operable condition and shall be responsible for the maintenance, repair, replacement and removal thereof, as necessary. Landlord agrees that the location set forth on Exhibit "A-7" is an approved location for the load bank yard.

All exterior lighting shall be automatically switched by an automatic light control system based on photo-sensitive switches, and have a time delay between groups of circuits to even out the switching peaks. The basic principle of the light control is given with EIB/KNX system using the IP-network and bus-cabling according the international standard IEC. All external doors of the terminal buildings and structures / facilities shall have external lighting fittings installed adjacent to the doors, stairs, etc. to provide illumination immediately outside entrances and stairway accesses. Fittings shall be bulkhead fluorescent to the approval of the Engineer.
