EXTERIOR MODIFICATIONS. Tenant will not make any alterations, modifications, changes or additions to any part of the exterior of the Building or the exterior of the Demised Premises, nor to the Structure, without in each case having obtained Landlord's express prior written approval thereof (which consent shall be in Landlord's exclusive discretion). Tenant will not paint, nor permit to be painted, any stone work, cornice work, iron work, or brick work on the front or exterior of the Demised Premises or other exterior elements of the Demised Premises or Building, without the prior written consent of the Landlord.
