EXTERNAL PROCEDURE Sample Clauses

The EXTERNAL PROCEDURE clause defines the process by which certain actions or decisions under the contract will be handled by an outside party or according to rules established by an external organization. Typically, this clause applies when specialized expertise, impartiality, or standardized methods are required, such as using a third-party laboratory for product testing or following industry-standard arbitration procedures for dispute resolution. Its core function is to ensure objectivity and consistency in handling specific matters, reducing the potential for bias or conflict between the contracting parties.
EXTERNAL PROCEDURE. After the procedure of an internal appeal is completed, each party can submit a disagreement related to this agreement for arbitration through the accreditation body or an independent third party, or legal interpretation if necessary. This procedure has no suppressive effect to the CVI decision.
