Externally Interconnected Parties. Each Externally Interconnected Party acknowledges and agrees that it is bound to each Pool Member as a matter of contract and undertakes to comply with the Pool Rules so far as they may be applicable to it and each Pool Member acknowledges and agrees that it is bound to each Externally Interconnected Party as a matter of contract and will comply with its obligations under this Agreement.
